Our Career Discovery trip to Smashburger in Lodi, NJ gave our students an introduction to the food services industry.
Manager Don Baker explained to our students various aspects of his job, including responsibilities to corporate, his Smashburger location, his employees and his customers. In addition, Don discussed what he looks for throughout the hiring process and his expectations for his employees.
